Adam has lived locally all his life and has exceptional knowledge with 22 years experience working for one of the country’s largest estate agents. Starting in 2000, working his way from office junior to branch manager in 2003. He has gained a wealth of experience in all types of markets building a reputation for personal and friendly customer service. He lives in Downham Market with his wife Claire, two children & dogs Molly & Ginny

Richard has over 20 years residential sales and lettings experience working for some of the largest corporate estate agents. With his vast experience also comes a desire to offer fantastic customer service as well as having great local knowledge. Richard lives in Downham Market with his wife Vicky and children Ruby and Charlie.

Chris is one of the business owners and has lived locally for over 35 years. With more than 13 years of experience in sales and lettings, he brings extensive market knowledge and a deep understanding of the local property landscape across King’s Lynn, Downham Market, and the West Norfolk coast.

Chris plays an active role in the day-to-day running of the business, providing informed and practical advice to clients across sales and lettings. His wealth of experience, combined with a hands-on approach, ensures a smooth and successful experience whether clients are buying, selling, letting, or renting. His strong local connections and commitment to high standards have helped build a trusted and well-respected business.

Chris lives in Watlington with his wife, Sophie, and their two children, Connie and Miles.

Paul the Mortgage Consultant, has worked in Estate Agency and Financial Services for over 28 years bringing a wealth of experience and knowledge which ensures his clients get the right tailored advice to meet their needs, whether it’s for First Time Buyers, Home movers, Re-mortgaging or Buy to Lets. Paul lives in Denver with his partner Lynne & dog Teddy and he is a keen runner.

Jenny joined the team in December 2021. With previous experience in estate agency for 3 years, Jenny has hit the ground running and is asset to the team and the company. Jenny lives in Outwell just outside of Downham Market with her husband & two sons.

Shannon joined the team in May 2022 and brings several years of industry experience along with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication. Since joining, she has continued to develop her skills, taking on increased responsibility and growing confidently into her role as a Lettings & Property Management Consultant.

Shannon is involved in all aspects of the lettings process, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and clients receive a reliable, high standard of service. Her organised approach and strong industry knowledge make her a valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys travelling, taking part in park runs, and spending time with her partner, Alex.

Chloe Wright – Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Chloe brings experience from both estate agency and hospitality, making her a natural people-person with a strong focus on customer service. Known for her energy and positive attitude, she plays a key role in supporting clients throughout the sales and lettings process.

In her role as Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Chloe handles applicant registrations, conducts viewings and supports negotiations to ensure every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. She combines a professional manner with a friendly, approachable style, helping clients feel confident and well looked after at every stage.

Outside of work, Chloe is a proud owner to her much-loved dog, Narla.
