Adam King – Partner With over 26 years of estate agency experience, Adam is one of the founding Partners of King & Partners and has earned an outstanding reputation for delivering honest advice, exceptional local knowledge and a genuinely personal service. Having lived locally all his life, Adam has an unrivalled understanding of the Norfolk property market. His experience spans every type of market, allowing him to confidently guide buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants through every stage of their property journey. Known for his approachable nature and commitment to putting clients first, Adam believes that great customer service is just as important as achieving great results. Away from the office, Adam lives in Downham Market with his wife, Claire, their children, Jacob and Lexi, and their two dogs, Bonnie and Ginny. Family time is incredibly important to him, and when they're not out making memories together, you'll often find them at the motocross track. It's one of Adam's biggest passions—proof that he enjoys a bit of speed, whether it's helping clients move home or taking on the next lap!

Richard Carter –  Founding Partner With over 23 years of experience in residential sales and lettings, Richard brings a wealth of industry knowledge to King & Partners. Having worked for some of the UK's largest corporate estate agencies, he combines the highest professional standards with a refreshingly personal approach, ensuring every client receives exceptional service from start to finish. Richard's extensive experience, paired with his excellent local knowledge, allows him to guide buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants with confidence through every stage of their property journey. He believes that clear communication, honest advice and building lasting relationships are the foundations of great estate agency. Outside of work, Richard lives in Downham Market with his wife, Vicky, and their children, Ruby and Charlie. When he's not helping clients move home, there's a good chance you'll find him on the golf course—whether it's a quick round locally or a golfing trip away with friends. If he's not chasing a birdie, he'll be making memories with his family on holiday… although he might still be keeping an eye out for the nearest golf course.

Chris Tonroe – Founding Partner With nearly 15 years of experience in residential sales and lettings, Chris is one of the Founding Partners of King & Partners. His extensive knowledge of the property market across King's Lynn, Downham Market and the West Norfolk coast allows him to offer practical, honest advice to buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants. Chris is actively involved in the day-to-day running of the business and enjoys working closely with clients throughout their property journey. With a hands-on approach and a focus on clear communication, he is committed to making every move as smooth and straightforward as possible. Outside of work, Chris lives in Watlington with his wife, Sophie, their two children, Connie and Miles, and their cat, Rufus. Much of his spare time is currently spent renovating the family home—although there's always time to escape on a family trip away whenever the opportunity arises. After all, every good renovation deserves a well-earned holiday!

Paul Millar – Founding Partner & Mortgage Consultant With over 30 years of experience across estate agency and financial services, Paul brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to King & Partners as our Mortgage Consultant. His extensive experience allows him to provide clear, tailored advice to clients, helping them navigate the financial side of moving home whether they are first-time buyers, home movers, looking to re-mortgage or investing in buy-to-let. Paul prides himself on making the mortgage process as straightforward as possible, offering a friendly and approachable service while helping clients find the right solution for their individual circumstances. Outside of work, Paul lives in Denver with his partner, Lynne, and their dog, Teddy. When he's not helping clients with their property plans, you'll often find him out running, exploring new places, or enjoying one of his favourite pastimes—testing his knowledge of pubs across the country! A keen traveller, property enthusiast and self-confessed serial house mover, Paul certainly knows a thing or two about finding the perfect place to settle… or somewhere good for a well-earned drink afterwards.

Jenny joined the team in December 2021. With previous experience in estate agency for 3 years, Jenny has hit the ground running and is asset to the team and the company. Jenny lives in Outwell just outside of Downham Market with her husband & two sons.

Shannon joined the team in May 2022 and brings several years of industry experience along with a high level of enthusiasm and dedication. Since joining, she has continued to develop her skills, taking on increased responsibility and growing confidently into her role as a Lettings & Property Management Consultant.

Shannon is involved in all aspects of the lettings process, ensuring properties are managed efficiently and clients receive a reliable, high standard of service. Her organised approach and strong industry knowledge make her a valued member of the team.

Outside of work, Shannon enjoys travelling, taking part in park runs, and spending time with her partner, Alex.

Chloe Wright – Sales & Lettings Negotiator

Chloe brings experience from both estate agency and hospitality, making her a natural people-person with a strong focus on customer service. Known for her energy and positive attitude, she plays a key role in supporting clients throughout the sales and lettings process.

In her role as Sales & Lettings Negotiator, Chloe handles applicant registrations, conducts viewings and supports negotiations to ensure every transaction runs smoothly from start to finish. She combines a professional manner with a friendly, approachable style, helping clients feel confident and well looked after at every stage.

Outside of work, Chloe is a proud owner to her much-loved dog, Narla.
